All breathwork and breath-hold content on this website, in the free tools, in videos and in the community is for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace in-person instruction.
Check with your doctor before you start if you have a heart, lung, blood-pressure or neurological condition, are prone to panic attacks, have a history of seizures, or are pregnant.
Safety rules
- Never hold your breath in water unsupervised. If you hold your breath in water, make sure someone trained is watching you.
- Never while driving, or anywhere losing consciousness could be dangerous.
- Train seated or lying down, and wear nothing on your face, such as a nose clip or mask, when you train alone.
- Never do fast, deep breathing before a breath-hold.
- Stop straight away if you feel dizzy or light-headed.

You take part voluntarily and you are responsible for your own safety and well-being. To the extent permitted by law, Blue Hour Media LLC is not liable for any injury, loss or damage that results from using the content on this website, in the free tools, in videos or in the community.

Member results shown on this website are individual experiences. Your results depend on your own training, health and consistency, and are not guaranteed.
Membership and payments
Memberships of the Breathe with Gert community are sold and billed through Skool (Skool.com Inc.). Skool's own terms apply to payments, billing, cancellations and refunds.
Members also agree to the Breathe with Gert liability waiver inside the community, which applies in addition to these terms.
